Refunds and Returns
Thank you for doing business with Weldmet.
Our standard return policy for anything you buy from us is 35 calendar days.
After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund, if the order is in the same condition that we sent it.
If you would like to return your order, please give us a call first (01372 230456).
With decades of welding experience at Weldmet, we are often able to diagnose technical issues over the phone or offer expert advice which may save you time and shipping costs.
If we confirm that you should return the product, for a refund or exchange, you can do so by mailing the order in the original packaging, or your own packaging, back to:

You must include your order slip or delivery note within your package.
You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy.
If you’re returning your order by post, you’ll need to print out your order slip (that will have been sent to you by email). If you’re unsure where to find this, click here or request a copy from us by email or telephone.
If the order cannot be returned by post, we can send a driver to pick it up for a small fee that will be calculated by our customer support agent.
The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.
For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
Instead of a refund, you may choose to receive a credit note of equal value to be redeemed against a new order with us.
