When you reach out to our team to discuss hiring a machine, we'll talk to you about the job that you're working on, and any specific questions which may affect the machine's configuration and recommended consumables we supply. We pride ourselves on getting you the right kit to keep you welding.
- What happens if my machine stops working?

All our machines are serviced, configured and tested before being hired out. However, if you find that your hire machine has stopped working, we can dispatch an engineer to inspect and repair the machine on-site for a fee. If we're unable to provide an engineer within a reasonable time frame, we'll replace the machine swiftly to avoid further disruption.
- How much does it cost to have my hire machine delivered and collected?

Our drivers aim to deliver and collect your machines within 24 hours, and we charge £35 per way. Certain heavier machines, like diesels, may incur a higher delivery and collection charge. This will be explained by one of our team members ahead of your hire, if it applies in your case.
