We have a 35-day return policy, which means you have 35 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at sales@weldmet.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so that we can assess the issue and put it right.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including specially sourced items, custom products (such as made-to-order kits), hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases. Please contact us before placing your order if you have questions about whether a specific item can be returned.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Restocking charges

A restocking charge may apply to certain accepted returns. Where applicable, we will tell you the charge before authorising the return. Any approved refund will be reduced by the applicable restocking charge.

Exchanges

The quickest way to obtain a different item is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will let you know once we have received and inspected your return, and whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, less any applicable restocking charge. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
